On the Holiday Hide Lola Original, $125 buys the 30-by-36-inch Baby size. The 50-by-60-inch Medium is $275. That is a fairly significant difference if the plan involves covering your own legs on the couch.

Checks, red, green and one very good animal print
The holiday collection includes Red Check, Green Check, Chocolate Check and Holiday Hide among its new Original prints. The new solid colors include Reykjavik Red, Nordic Pine, Firewood and Blue Lagoon.
Holiday Hide moves through white, taupe and dark brown. It gives you a seasonal blanket that can stay on the couch after the ornaments come down, without an obvious Christmas motif announcing that you forgot to put something away.

Read the wash instructions before gifting it
Holiday Hide is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Lola directs shoppers to wash it separately in cold water with liquid detergent, skip fabric softener and hang it to dry. A brief tumble on the air setting is suggested for fluffing.
The return window deserves a look, too: items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, and you must both request and ship the return within 14 days of receipt.
