Sometimes you want a quick snack that is sweet, delicious, and filling… I mean healthy! These Peanut Butter Banana Bites are the perfect snack for those times. I promise you these are so delicious that your taste buds won’t know the difference between these and a peanut butter cup. Okay, maybe they will but these are still much healthier! Plus how great does “Peanut Butter Banana Time” sound?!?
Ingredients Needed to Make Peanut Butter Banana Bites:
- Banana, sliced into rounds
- Peanut Butter
How to Make Peanut Butter Banana Bites:
- Peel your banana and slice into round pieces. I made mine about a half of an inch thick.
- Use a butter knife to spread peanut butter onto a piece of banana. Note: The banana will be slippery so it will take a second for the peanut butter to stick to the banana.
- Place another slice of banana on top of the peanut butter creating a mini sandwich.
- Serve and Enjoy!
These are so easy to make and is a quick healthy snack. They are also very kid-friendly. If you have picky eaters at home, you have to make these and see what your kids think!
