Pringles has apparently decided that loving a snack for the rest of your life is thinking too small.

The brand is giving one winner a Pringles-can-shaped urn and $28,080 in cash through its Halloween Once You Drop sweepstakes. The cash is what Pringles calls an “afterlifetime” supply. Yes, there is an actual urn involved.

The official photo has it sitting among flowers and candles, with that familiar mustache on the front. Somebody really committed to this bit.

The “200-year supply” is money, not a delivery schedule

According to the official rules, the snack portion is paid as $28,080 cash. That comes from 52 cans a year for 200 years, calculated at $2.70 a can.

The custom urn has a stated value of $500, bringing the total prize value to $28,580. One person wins the whole package.

So there is no need to work out where your descendants would store two centuries of Pringles. The rules have spared everyone that particular family discussion.

No, you are not signing away your burial plans

The entry process includes a pretend “Will and Taste-ament.” The rules explicitly say it is for entertainment and is not legally binding or enforceable.

That distinction deserves to be considerably bigger than fine print. This is a Halloween sweepstakes with a very committed theme.
