Tchotchke’s ceramic Bubble Menorah has a name that makes sense the second you see it. Its rounded base looks like a cluster of little bubbles, with nine candles rising out of the top.
It’s a playful take on a Hanukkah menorah, especially if your taste leans toward colorful, sculptural pieces. The ceramic version is listed at $118 in Indigo, Milk, Matte Ivory and Mustard.
Indigo is the deep-blue option, while Milk and Matte Ivory keep things neutral. Mustard brings the bright yellow. The shape stays the same; the color changes the whole mood.
The bubbles started with a simple shape
Tchotchke’s story began when Adam and Anna Paskow were looking for Judaica that reflected their own style. Adam, an industrial designer, began creating the pieces they couldn’t find, and the brand was founded in 2022.
In a statement shared with Totally The Bomb, Adam explained that the Bubble Menorah starts with spheres joined in a way that feels playful and unexpected. “The result ends up feeling like a cloud.”
Check your candles before you order
Tchotchke says the glazed ceramic menorah is handcrafted in Portugal and measures 8.75 × 2 × 3 inches.
One detail to keep on your shopping list: candles aren’t included. The brand says the menorah is designed for 9/32-inch Hanukkah candles, so check the candle size before buying a set to go with it.
