Here’s How You Can Order A Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte And Save Yourself From Hundreds Of Calories

Let’s face it, we were ALL chomping at the bit for the Pumpkin Spice launch! But now that it’s here, my waistline isn’t a fan…

But not to worry! We have some tips to help you get your favorite drink with less calories!

If you were to get a normal Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte, as it comes, it’s 390 calories. Which isn’t the worst, but I’ve always been taught to not drink my calories. So time to problem solve!

First, there’s the obvious: Getting a smaller size. If you order a Tall, it will save you 80 calories, making it only 310 calories.

There is also a Short size (also know as the kid’s size), which would take off 180 calories, making it only 210 calories! But it’s up to you if you think you can handle only 8 ounces of this goodness!

If you don’t want to give up the size of your drink, another option is changing your milk option! These are automatically made with 2% milk unless you choose another.

If you were to order a Grande, you could save 80 calories choosing almond milk, 50 calories choosing nonfat milk, and 40 calories choosing coconut milk!

And no matter the size, removing the whipped cream can save you 70 calories! Also, removing one pump of the sauce can save you 20 calories each! Hope these tips help!
