Photos of Star Wars inspired makeup have been splattered across the internet and magazines since the moment the new Star Wars Movie was announced. While these makeup looks are beautiful, I cant really say I found them wearable or easy to achieve. Here is some Star Wars makeup you will actually wear, whether you lean towards the light side or the dark side of The Force.

The Light Side Of The Force

I’m going to start out with those of you who stay on the light side of the force. I used the Kat Von D Mi Vida Loca palette for this, but since it was limited edition; you can us the Lorac Pro Palette.

Start out with your eyelid primed. Take the shade Taupe and blend that baby right into your crease and slightly above your crease. this is going to act as a transition shade to help darker shades blend out later.

Next, with Sable, blend this into your crease and downwards onto your lid. The brush is your light saber.

With Gold or Light Bronze, use a shder brush to pat some color onto your lid.

Finally line your eyes with espresso or black.

Add some mascara and you’re all set with this warm toned shimmery eye. It reminds me a little of the sandy terrain or shiny android parts. Perfect for a flight on the Millennium Falcon.

But who can resist the call of the dark side?

Using Espresso on a blending brush and a (Starbucks Rewards) business card as a guide, blend the color into your crease. By putting color only on one side of your brush and tilting the handle of your brush upwards, you can create a soft cut crease.

Deeping the outer third of your crease with a little black shadow.

Line your lower lash line with a black pencil and blend it out using a smudger brush.

Pack the shade Garnet over top of the black liner and blend it out to soften the edges.

To really make the Jedi weak in the knees, add some sexy falsies.

That’s it. Live long and prosper.

JUST KIDDING. DONT KILL ME.
