Starbucks just made Peppermint Mocha a whole lot easier to brew at home.
The company’s 2026 holiday grocery lineup is rolling out this month, and the genuinely new piece is a Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee for Nespresso Vertuo.
Important distinction before the Christmas-coffee group chat gets out of control: this is the Starbucks at-home/grocery lineup, not the full 2026 café holiday menu. We’re tracking that separately in our Holiday Drinks 2026 guide and our Starbucks Holiday 2026 tracker.
Peppermint Mocha is getting a new Vertuo format
According to holiday materials Starbucks’ PR team sent Totally The Bomb on October 2, the new Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee is joining the Starbucks by Nespresso for Vertuo lineup, bringing the familiar chocolate-and-mint holiday flavor into an at-home capsule format.
This is very specifically my kind of problem. Give me peppermint. Give me chocolate. Let me make it without putting on real pants.
The rest of the grocery lineup is basically a peppermint takeover
Starbucks is also bringing back several Peppermint Mocha options for people who would rather grab something ready-made or brew it a different way:
- Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink
- Starbucks Iced Espresso Peppermint Mocha
- Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Roast & Ground Coffee
- Starbucks Peppermint Mocha K-Cup Pods
- Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Inspired Dairy Creamer
And the holiday shelf does not stop at peppermint. Starbucks says the 2026 at-home lineup also includes Starbucks Holiday Blend, Hazelnut Cocoa Flavored Coffee, Cold Brew Multi-Serve Concentrate Sweetened Vanilla & Chocolate, Sugar Cookie Latte Inspired Non-Dairy Creamer, and Chestnut Praline Latte Inspired Dairy Creamer.
When can you find the Starbucks holiday grocery drinks?
Starbucks says the at-home coffees, creamers and ready-to-drink beverages are beginning to arrive this month at grocery stores, national retailers, convenience stores, gas stations and online retailers where groceries are sold. Exact stock is going to vary by retailer and location.
This does not confirm the Starbucks café holiday menu
This announcement is specifically about products you can make or drink at home. It does not confirm the full Starbucks coffeehouse holiday menu, its launch date, Red Cup Day, or which café drinks are returning in 2026.
We’re keeping those receipts separate. Our Starbucks Holiday 2026 tracker is where the café rumors and confirmed announcements live, while the broader Holiday Drinks 2026 guide follows Starbucks, Dunkin and Dutch Bros.
And yes, I already asked Starbucks for the Peppermint Mocha samples because apparently this is the responsibility I was born for. Olivia at Edelman confirmed samples are shipping next week, so when they land I’ll add real photos and actual tasting notes instead of pretending a press release can tell me how coffee tastes.
