Starbucks is putting mascarpone cold foam on a holiday latte and a cold brew. The tiramisu people have been given an assignment.
The new Tiramisu Velvet Latte and Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew arrive November 5, 2026, according to Starbucks’ October 5 holiday preview. The latte comes hot or iced, which gives the lineup three ways to get your dessert-coffee fix.
What’s in the Tiramisu Velvet drinks?
Starbucks says both drinks get mascarpone cold foam with a dusting of cocoa and coffee. That is the announced tiramisu-inspired topping across the lineup, including the hot latte.
The preview gives us the names and that topping, but it does not list the full recipes, nutrition or prices.
Hot latte, iced latte or cold brew?
If you want a hot drink, the Tiramisu Velvet Latte is the announced option. For an iced drink, you can choose the latte or the Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. All three are pictured in Starbucks’ official preview photo above.
These are named drinks in the upcoming holiday menu, so there’s no secret-menu customization recipe to memorize.
November 5 is the date to remember
