In what I can only describe as one of the most awkward moments I have ever seen happen at a beauty pageant, Steve Harvey crowns the WRONG candidate Miss Universe.
You see, Miss Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach, is this year’s Miss Universe winner. But Steve Harvey accidentally crowns someone else Miss Universe and things just get awkward.
Miss Philippines, along with Miss USA and Miss Colombia were the final three contestants. Basically, he called out the order wrong, and they crowned Miss Colombia the winner.
You would think this is the sort of thing they would let go, solve after the show, something– but nope, they FULL ON take the crown off the wrong girl and pop it on the right girl’s head there in front of the whole world universe for all to see.
Of course Twitter had a field day. I love when Twitter has a field day.

I don’t know who I feel worse for– Miss Colombia for losing Miss Universe after having it after all of two minutes, Miss Philippines for losing out on her big moment, or Steve Harvey– who was clearly so distracted by all those pretty ladies he couldn’t even do his job right.
If you ever think you had a bad day just remember Miss Columbia thought she was Miss Universe for 4 minutes and Steve was like SIIIIKEEE
