Universal CityWalk is adding a one-day Wicked fan party to its fall lineup, and there’s already a Traitors-themed bar experience to check out. The two have different schedules, so the date to circle for a double-fandom outing is Saturday, October 24.

One stop has a yellow brick dance floor. The other has Alan Cumming’s costumes. That is a pretty solid range for an afternoon and evening in Orlando.

The Wicked party is happening for one day

Universal Orlando announced that Oztacular Spectacular runs October 24, 2026, from noon to 7 p.m. at Universal CityWalk. All times here are local to Orlando.

The lineup includes meet-and-greets with the characters Glinda and Elphaba, stained-glass photo opportunities, and displays of costumes and props from the films. A DJ will play Wicked songs while guests dance on a yellow brick dance floor.

There will also be trivia with a chance to win giveaways, plus Wicked merchandise at the Universal Legacy Store. If your group has someone who treats the soundtrack like required listening, this is their day.

The Traitors bars are already open

Over at Universal’s Great Movie Escape, The Traitors: New Blood has taken over two bar spaces: The Library on the first floor and The Roundtable upstairs.

Universal’s October 1 announcement lists set elements, props, photo opportunities and costumes worn by host Alan Cumming, along with specialty beverages inspired by the show. The current announced hours are Wednesday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Here’s the useful budget distinction: Universal says no admission is required to visit the bar experiences. The escape-room adventures require separate admission. The bar-entry statement also does not mean drinks are complimentary.

You can browse the themed drink lineup in Universal’s guide to the Traitors takeover.

How to fit both into October 24

The announced schedules overlap from 3 to 7 p.m. that Saturday. If Wicked is the reason you’re going, give the one-day event priority, then leave the bar stop for later; its listed hours extend to 11 p.m.

Keep the two entry questions separate. Universal’s release explicitly confirms admission-free access to the Traitors bars, but it does not give a separate ticket price or reservation process for Oztacular Spectacular. Check the latest details with Universal before making special travel plans, and budget separately for drinks, shopping and parking.

For the rest of the outing, Universal’s CityWalk guide lays out nearby dining and entertainment options. The Wicked event has a firm date, so plan the flexible parts around that.
