2 Minute Fruit Salad
At my house, we are all about preparing dishes as quickly as possible. One of my favorite side dishes (or desserts, if you’re feeling extra fruity) is this 2 minute fruit salad.
Seriously, I make this for pretty much every potluck event I ever have to go to. All you need is a few cans of fruit and something cute to put it in.
This salad is all about the presentation.
What You Need To Make 2 Minute Fruit Salad:
- 1 can of diced pineapple
- 1 can of diced mango
- 1 can of mandarin oranges
- 1 can of fruit cocktail
(You can change out and substitute any fruit you want here. Most of the time I just use whatever is in my pantry. That’s kind of the beauty of canned fruit, it doesn’t go bad in a week so you can stock up.)
How To Make 2 Minute Fruit Salad:
I like to layer my fruit in the salad, so I drain each can into the sink.
And then I pour it into my dish, layering the fruit.
Repeat until you’ve used up all your cans of fruit, and you have super delicious 2 minute fruit salad that everyone will gobble up and totally ask you for the recipe!
You don’t have to tell them though– just pretend like it’s your grandma’s secret recipe and that she made you promise never to reveal.
