Let’s face it, there’s a lot of really bad pizza out there. Not that we won’t still eat it, but sometimes we eat it out of sheer willpower and not because we’re truly loving it. I know I’ve had my fair share of pizza flops…my biggest? Carb-free pizza. It’s like going against the laws of pizza nature for it to be carb-free. So basically, I was making cheese with tomatoes and calling it pizza. Not a thing. So since eating bad pizza sucks, here are 6 Pizza Recipes That Really Don’t Suck. Really. 1. Three Layer Pizza Cake – For my next birthday, forget about getting me a chocolate cake. I want this Pizza Cake! Can you imagine all those bubbly layers of cheese and toppings? I’d definitely burn my mouth on this one – because there is no WAY I’d let it cool before diving in. (Via I Wash You Dry)

2. Pizza Cone – Speaking of desserts and things I wish I knew about sooner in my life, this pizza cone is Everything I imagine for my last meal. Seriously, the cheese alone makes me want to chow down. I don’t even care if someone else is holding it, my teeth are sinking in! (Via Pillsbury)

3. Pepperoni Pizza Cupcakes – So I’m noticing a theme. Apparently, the best pizza recipes are all based around dessert recipes. Am I wrong?? Pizza cake, cone, cupcakes, I’m seriously rethinking everything I thought I knew about pizza! Especially with these delicious looking cupcakes. You know you’ll want more than one! 4. Pizza Monkey Bread – Don’t judge, but monkey bread is probably one of my favorite things in this world. And the idea of gooey, cheesy, melty pizza in the form of monkey bread is now one of my even more favorite favorite things. Julia Andrews had NO idea what she was singing about. Raindrops on roses? 5. Pizza Roll-Ups – This HAS to be the cinnamon roll of pizza. Also, I can’t wait to try this one. I know, I know, I’ve said that about all of them, but seriously – these really ARE the most amazing pizza recipes I’ve ever seen. I mean, you can always change up toppings for any pizza you make, but changing up the form is a game changer. I’m completely blown away and can’t wait to put this in my belleh. 6. Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip – And last but definitely not least, my very own Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip. This is the kind of dip I imagined existed when I was a little girl. Like, dip that’s also pizza and has Mickey Mouse ears and so much cheese that a cow had to take a vacation after this dip was made. This is the dip to end all dips and it’s so delicious that I’m leaving the recipe for you down below. Enjoy!

What You Need To Make Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip

  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup of pepperoni
  • 1 cup of sliced olives
  • 1 16oz package of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of mozzaralla cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 tortilla cut in Mickey shapes for dipping

How To Make Mickey Mouse Pizza Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a cast iron pan.

Next, cover bottom with 1/2 of mozzarella cheese, parmesan, then pizza sauce, and lastly the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Place pepperoni on top and place 2 olives on top of each pepperoni for Mickey’s ears.

Bake on 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Serve with mickey tortilla ‘chips’.
