People Stop Using Gorilla Glue On Your Body!!!

As an avid crafter I know first hand how getting even a drop of this adhesive on your fingers is a royal bit** to get off.

So, why do people think spraying their hair with it or using it on their skin is a good idea?!

Has anyone read the bottle of one of these things? It’s actually sort of terrifying and makes you NOT want to use the glue ever because it’s that strong.

In fact, it is so dangerous, they have a 19-PAGE DOCUMENT on how dangerous it is, how to properly use it and what to do if you don’t use it properly!

NEWS FLASH – It says to wear gloves, do not get on skin, eyes, hair, etc.

So, seriously, WTF PEOPLE!!

Now, if you think people aren’t dumb enough to do this – they are.

First, there was the woman who went viral for spraying Gorilla Glue Adhesive Spray in her hair. She had it stuck for over a month before needing surgery.

But then, now there is A GUY that wanted to disprove how bad this stuff was and Gorilla Glued a cup to his mouth! No, I am not kidding!

So, for the love of all things holy – stop putting Gorilla Glue or any glue in or on your body!!

You will be judged and you will be left with a hefty hospital bill from doing something so dumb. Just don’t do it, mmkay?

I’ve been stuck at home for a year now but it feels like so much longer.

Being stuck at home with my husband and my kids has been both a blessing but also extremely stressful on everyone.

So, of course, little glimpses of hope that make it seem as if life will resume to somewhat normal soon, has kept me going.

That is, until I came across this New Report That Says Life Will Return to Normal In 7 Years.

Because let’s just be honest here – I’m Just Not Okay With That.

Look, I knew going into this, it would be a load road of recovery but I had hoped that the majority of the population would see the direction it was going and do more to help.

I was very wrong.

So, now, here we are getting reports like this and it’s just downright discouraging.

According to this report by Bloomberg, the end of the pandemic can be measured in the amount of vaccines given.

Bloomberg built the biggest database of Covid-19 shots given around the world, with more than 119 million doses administered worldwide.

U.S. science officials such as Anthony Fauci have suggested it will take 70% to 85% coverage of the population for things to return to normal. 

While some countries are ahead of the game, other countries are behind. Take the U.S. for example, we are projected to get there just in time to ring in the 2022 New Year.

When you combine what Dr. Fauci said with the Bloomberg vaccine database, it shows that will take about 7 years for the world to get vaccinated, have heard immunity and to get back to normal.

UGH.

That is not what I needed to hear today.

As talks are currently happening surrounding a third stimulus check, you might be wondering, what comes next?

It’s no surprise that while a 3rd stimulus check will help, it certainly won’t relieve the burden of the pandemic entirely especially since the end is not near just yet.

Well, Congress has already been talking about that.

Last week, around 55 Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives signed a letter crafted by Minnesota congresswoman Ilhan Omar, urging President Biden to back a plan for “recurring cash payments”.

These payments would go to both “adults and dependents” (including elderly dependents and children over age 16), payable not only to U.S. citizens but also “to all immigrant workers, refugees, and their families.”  

The amount?

As CBS News reported over the weekend, and Rep. Omar has confirmed, the targeted amount is $2,000 per month, “until the economy recovers.”  

So, that would be $2,000 of reoccurring payments monthly until the economy recovers.

Now, while this might seem crazy and cause an inflation of taxes, keep in mind that many countries already did this from the very start of the pandemic.

Canada has been giving their jobless residents $2,000 monthly from the start.

So, will it pass?

Well, of course we don’t know for certain but we do know there has support across the House, Senate, White House, and among voters.

It doesn’t guarantee that if passed, the amount of stimulus approved will be $2,000. And it doesn’t guarantee that such a stimulus would outlast the pandemic.

But at least they are talking about more ideas to help Americans beyond the current 3rd stimulus check that is being worked on right now.
