Apparently the office water machine wants to be the soda machine now.
Bevi just announced BeviPop, its first soda line, and this one is a little different because you are not buying it in cans or bottles. It is dispensed directly through Bevi machines in offices, schools, hotels and other shared spaces.
BeviPop Comes In Four Flavors
The first BeviPop lineup includes Root Beer, Orange Cream, Lemon Lime and Blueberry Fizz.
Bevi is positioning the drinks as a lower-sugar, lower-calorie alternative to traditional soda. Each 12-ounce serving has 15 calories and 4 grams of sugar, and the company says the drinks contain no artificial flavors, sweeteners or dyes.
BeviPop is available to order in the U.S. and Canada beginning September 22.
You Can Basically Customize Your Soda
Because the soda comes out of a Bevi machine, users can add optional functional ingredients including Electrolytes, Energy Boost, Vitamin Boost and, in the U.S., Focus Blend.
Bevi is also rolling out two additional drink categories built from the same system: BeviSport and BeviEnergy.
BeviSport comes in Orange Hydrate, Citrus Refresh and Blueberry Balance. The company says each 12-ounce serving has 102.5 mg of electrolytes, 15 calories and 4 grams of sugar.
BeviEnergy comes in Root Beer Bolt, Orange Overdrive, Citrus Charge and Blueberry Bold, with 100 mg of caffeine per 12-ounce serving plus 15 calories and 4 grams of sugar.
There Is A New Bevi Machine Too
Along with the drinks, Bevi announced its new Signature Countertop machine. It doubles the flavor capacity of the company’s previous countertop model from four options to eight and includes upgraded carbonation, filtration and a 10-inch touchscreen.
The company is also introducing a Carbonation Plus Nozzle for existing Bevi Signature Standup machines, which Bevi says increases carbonation by 18 percent and enables the new soda experience.
