That Halloween costume can get a little more mileage than one trip around the neighborhood. Chuck E. Cheese is giving kids in costume 500 bonus prize tickets during Boo-tacular, and the promotion runs throughout October.
There is also a new pumpkin-pizza meal with a take-home bucket. Because apparently even dinner needs a Halloween costume now.

How the 500 costume tickets work
According to Chuck E. Cheese’s current Boo-tacular FAQ, children wearing costumes can receive the bonus at participating locations once per guest, per day. The event runs September 28 through November 1, 2026.
The tickets expire the same day. Put a stop at the Prize Wall on the plan before heading home. You also need a Play Pass card or band; bring one from a previous visit, or buy one at the register for a small fee.
Those are prize tickets. Playing arcade games uses Play Points, so keep the two separate when figuring out what the outing will cost.
The new Boo-Meal starts at $34.99
Chuck E. Cheese’s October 1 announcement lists a dine-in-only Boo-Meal Deal starting at $34.99. It includes:
- A large pumpkin-shaped pepperoni pizza
- Two drinks
- A collectible Boo-Bucket with two Spider Web Cotton Candies
The meal’s listed contents do not include game play. Check your location’s price and availability rather than treating the starting price as the entire family-outing budget. The seasonal menu also brings back the Slime Cookie and Dippin’ Dots Eye Scream.
There is a separate game coupon
Through November 1, buying at least 60 Play Points qualifies for 30 additional points with the Boo-tacular coupon. The official coupon request page asks families to join the mailing list and says the digital coupon is emailed, with one coupon per household.
If you want that offer, get the coupon before you go and read the delivered redemption terms. Showing up in costume is a separate promotion.
A couple of things to check before leaving
For the evening entertainment, the Haunted House Party runs hourly from 6 p.m. until closing; ask a cast member for exact show times.
Check the costume rules, too. Guests 14 and older cannot wear costume masks, and weapon-like props are prohibited. Younger children’s masks need visible eyes and unobstructed peripheral vision. Costumes cannot drag on the ground.
Choose your location through the Boo-tacular page for local details. For more seasonal food stops, our October restaurant deals guide has the current lineup.
