October’s restaurant offers include 20% off Red Robin online gift cards through October 11, Shake Shack’s rotating free sandwich with a qualifying purchase, Papa Murphy’s Halloween pizza and Culver’s cheese-curd happy hour. Start with the current and upcoming offers below; the earlier October deals are marked separately.
Prices and participation vary by restaurant, and some app offers can disappear early. Check your local app or restaurant before making a special trip. I’ll keep this calendar current as brands announce more.
Current and upcoming October restaurant deals
- October 8–11: Red Robin has 20% off online gift-card purchases in the U.S.
- October 12–18: Eligible Portillo’s Perks members can get one $1 OREO cake slice with a qualifying $5+ purchase. Limit one per account; cake shakes excluded.
- October 15: Culver’s Delicious Rewards members can get $3 cheese curds from 4–8 p.m. local time for National Cheese Curd Day.
- Through October 27: Participating Laredo Taco Company, Raise the Roost and Speedy Café locations have value-menu offers, including $5 and $7 meal options at Laredo Taco Company and lower-priced breakfast/lunch items at the other concepts.
- October 1–31: Shake Shack has a rotating free sandwich with a qualifying $10 purchase using SCARYGOOD in all caps. The $10 excludes the free sandwich, taxes and fees. - October 1–31: Papa Murphy’s has a Large Jack-O pizza for $10 and a Jack-O plus Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bundle for $15 at participating locations. Pizza pricing varies in Alaska; the announced Alaska bundle is $18. These are take-and-bake offers.
- Current menu; no posted October end date: SONIC lists its $7 Big Deal Meal. Confirm the price and availability at your location.
- September 28–November 1: DQ’s Spellbound Halloween lineup runs at participating locations. A mystery Blizzard Buddy plush keychain is $4 with a purchase, limit one per customer per transaction, while supplies last. It is an add-on, not a free item.
Red Robin has 20% off online gift cards through October 11
If Red Robin is already in your dinner rotation, this is a way to pay less for a future meal. Red Robin’s gift-card offer takes 20% off online gift-card purchases in the U.S. from October 8–11, 2026. Check that the discount appears before paying.
The cards work at participating U.S. Red Robin restaurants and have no expiration date or fees. Allow up to 24 hours for activation. They cannot pay for online catering, third-party delivery orders, tips or another gift card. Online redemption requires a PIN; cards without one can be used in the restaurant for dine-in or to-go pickup.
The offer page gives the dates but does not specify a closing time or time zone. If you plan to use it, don’t leave it until the final minutes on Sunday.
Portillo’s Perks has a $1 OREO cake slice October 12–18
Eligible Portillo’s Perks members can get a $1 OREO cake slice October 12–18, 2026, with a qualifying $5+ purchase subtotal, according to the current campaign terms. Limit one per account, subject to availability; cake shakes are excluded.
The $5 minimum excludes the reward item, taxes, tips, delivery and other fees, gift cards, merchandise and alcohol. No combining offers; the discount applies to the higher-value item.
Online or app orders must go directly through Portillo’s: add the slice and select “apply offer” at checkout. Third-party delivery, catering, shipping and food-truck orders are excluded. Direct delivery has minimums and availability limits. New members should check their account’s expiration. The terms also say the offer is valid for seven days after registration, without explaining how that fits with the October 18 end date.
Culver’s has $3 cheese curds on October 15
Culver’s is doing an actual cheese-curd happy hour for National Cheese Curd Day. On October 15 from 4–8 p.m. local time, Delicious Rewards members can get cheese curds for $3 at participating restaurants.

7-Eleven’s restaurant brands have value menus through October 27
Participating Laredo Taco Company, Raise the Roost and Speedy Café locations have value menus running through October 27.
Laredo Taco Company’s lineup includes a $5 breakfast meal with two breakfast tacos and a small coffee, plus a $7 lunch meal with two lunch tacos and a large Big Gulp. Raise the Roost has selected breakfast and lunch items for $4 and under, while Speedy Café has wraps under $3 and selected breakfast sandwiches under $4.
Shake Shack has a free sandwich with a $10 purchase through October 31
Shake Shack’s October offer changes sandwiches as Halloween gets closer: a Chicken Shack or West Coast Chicken through October 11, a Single Cheeseburger October 12–18, then a Single ShackBurger October 19–31. Each comes free with a qualifying $10 food or drink purchase at participating U.S. locations.
The useful detail: that $10 has to come from the rest of your order. The free sandwich, gift cards, taxes and fees do not count. Add the eligible sandwich to your cart and enter SCARYGOOD in all caps at a kiosk, in the Shake Shack app or on its website. App and website orders can be for pickup or delivery.
There is a limit of one free sandwich per order, while supplies last. Paid add-ons cost extra, and the deal cannot be combined with other offers. Drive-thru orders and third-party delivery apps are excluded, along with airport, stadium, arena, travel-plaza and museum locations. Check your restaurant before making the trip.
Papa Murphy’s has a $10 Jack-O pizza through October 31
According to Papa Murphy’s October 1 announcement, a Large Jack-O pizza is $10 at participating locations through October 31. The Scream of a Deal bundle adds Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough for a $15 total, or $18 in Alaska. Pizza pricing also varies in Alaska.
These are take-and-bake pizzas, so you bake them at home. The Jack-O offer is for a Large on Original crust, without substitutions or additional toppings. Family-size pricing varies, dairy-free cheese may cost extra, and the offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Check your restaurant’s ordering terms.
DQ’s Halloween lineup has a $4 mystery plush
From September 28 through November 1, DQ’s official announcement lists a bubbling blood-orange-and-lemonade Sparkler, an ube-flavored Enchanted OREO Blizzard, and Ghost Pepper Sauce. The mystery Blizzard Buddy keychain costs $4 with any purchase at participating U.S. locations while supplies last. The rare gold buddy has a separate sweepstakes with a free-entry method. Buying a mystery plush does not guarantee Blizzard Treats for a year.
SONIC’s $7 meal is one to check locally
SONIC’s $7 Big Deal Meal currently lists a cheeseburger, medium drink, medium tots or fries, and your choice of sundae. Modifications can change the price. SONIC’s page does not give an October end date, so treat this as a current-menu check, not an all-month promise.

The October 1–6 purchase offers below have ended. Fuzzy’s scratch-off rewards already received have their own October 7–December 31 redemption window.
- October 1: Huey Magoo’s Rewards members could get a buy-one, get-one-free 3-Piece Tender Meal at participating locations.
- October 2–3: Cinnabon Rewards members could get a $1 small beverage with the purchase of any baked good at participating bakeries.
- October 4: Cinnabon Rewards members could get a Classic Roll for $1 in-bakery at participating locations.
- October 4: Cinnaholic had buy one, get one free cinnamon rolls in-store all day. The free roll had to be equal or lesser value, limit one free roll per person.
- Through October 4: Free McDonald’s medium fries with a $1 minimum purchase, once a week in the app for Rewards members at participating restaurants. Delivery excluded.
- Through October 4: McDonald’s $2 breakfast sandwich choice once a week in the app at participating restaurants. Delivery excluded.
- October 6: Baja Fresh had three Chicken Street Tacos for $6 in-store at participating locations, limit one offer per person.
- October 6: Fuzzy’s Taco Shop had $2 Original Tacos all day at participating locations, plus limited-edition scratch-off prizes while supplies lasted.
Ended October 1: Huey Magoo’s BOGO tender meals
Thursday, October 1, 2026, was Huey Magoo’s 22nd anniversary, and Magoo’s Rewards members could get a buy-one, get-one-free 3-Piece Tender Meal at participating locations, according to the brand’s September 30 announcement.
The offer required purchasing the first meal and being a Rewards member.
Ended October 4: Cinnabon’s $1 Classic Roll
Cinnabon Rewards members could get a Classic Roll for $1 on Sunday, October 4, all day at participating bakeries. The offer was in-bakery only.
There was also a warm-up deal: Rewards members could get a $1 small beverage with any baked-good purchase October 2–3. Eligible drinks included hot coffee, hot cocoa, lemonade, sparkling lemonade, cold brew, soda and Swirled Soda; some drinks were excluded.
Ended October 4: Cinnaholic’s BOGO cinnamon rolls
Cinnaholic confirmed to Totally The Bomb that its National Cinnamon Roll Day deal was buy one cinnamon roll, get one free all day on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at participating locations nationwide.
The offer was in-store only. The free roll had to be equal or lesser value, with a limit of one free roll per person and purchase of the first roll required.
Ended October 4: McDonald’s app deals
McDonald’s official deals page listed free medium fries with a $1 minimum purchase once a week through October 4, 2026. It also listed a $2 breakfast sandwich choice once a week through that date. Both offers required the app and Rewards opt-in at participating restaurants; tax and delivery were excluded.
The game launched October 6: McDonald’s MONOPOLY is back for 2026. That is a promotion rather than a straight discount, so I’m keeping the actual deal terms above and the game details in their own story.
Ended October 6: Baja Fresh’s three tacos for $6
Baja Fresh had a one-day National Taco Day deal for Tuesday, October 6: three Chicken Street Tacos for $6 at participating locations.
The offer was in-store only, limited to one per person, and did not require a login or loyalty account.
Ended October 6: Fuzzy’s $2 Original Tacos; scratch-off redemption continues
National Taco Day landed on Taco Tuesday this year, and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop served $2 Original Tacos all day on Tuesday, October 6. Price and participation varied.
The promotion also included limited-edition scratch-off cards with prizes such as free chips and queso and taco deals, while supplies lasted. Rewards members who received a card can redeem eligible prizes during the window below.
The “free tacos for a year” grand prize means two tacos per week for 52 weeks. Each week’s offer expires, and missed redemptions do not roll over or receive credit. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be resold, is not refundable or a gift card, and has no cash value.
Scratch-off rewards are valid October 7–December 31, 2026, for dine-in or pickup at participating Fuzzy’s locations. They cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons or offers. Limit one promotional coupon per table and/or transaction, including split checks, and one per loyalty account. Coupons have no cash value. Fuzzy’s announcement has the offer details.
