This version uses espresso and whole milk, then adds Biscoff creamy cookie butter in three different places: mixed with the espresso, swirled inside the glass, and blended into the cold foam.
Then it gets topped with crumbled Biscoff cookies and one whole cookie, because we are not here to be subtle.

The sweet, crispy Biscoff cookie is now even better because you can satisfy your craving without waiting for dessert.
Cookie Butter Latte
Serves 1
Ingredients
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon plus 1½ teaspoons Biscoff creamy cookie butter spread, divided
- 1 ounce espresso
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 Biscoff cookies, divided
Directions
- In a small glass, make cold foam: Add cream and ½ teaspoon cookie butter and blend with a frother. Set aside.
- In a small cup or bowl, add 1 tablespoon cookie butter and espresso. Mix well and set aside.
- Assemble: Swirl the inside of a tall glass or 16-ounce plastic cup with remaining 1 teaspoon cookie butter and fill with ice. Pour espresso mixture and milk over ice, leaving room at the top, and stir gently.
- Carefully pour in cold foam over the top of the drink. Crumble 1 cookie over the top and garnish with remaining whole cookie. Enjoy!
