It is a mix of that famous McDonald’s Soft Serve Ice Cream and their sweet and tasty Hi-C Orange Drink.
The two items just go together and compliment each other in the best, most perfect way.
How Do You Order A Creamsicle Off The McDonald’s Secret Menu?
This absolutely could not be any easier.
You can’t just drive up and say, “Can I have a Creamsicle, please.” They probably won’t know what you are talking about, and who knows what you will end up with.
You have to ask for exactly this:
- A Plain Sundae
- A Medium Hi-C Orange Drink
You will receive a soft serve ice cream in a clear sundae cup and a Hi-C Orange Drink on the side.
How To Put Together The Creamsicle Off The McDonald’s Secret Menu.
Are you ready for this? You might want to get a pen, because this is the hard part. (totally sarcastic)
You just take the lids off both the ice cream and the Hi-C Orange Drink.
Then you slowly pour the orange drink into the ice cream cup — make sure not to get any ice in there.
That is it.
As you eat the ice cream, you can pour more orange drink into the ice cream cup.
OMG, when that Hi-C hits that ice cream, it turns into a sort of slushy cream, and it’s DIVINE!!

In a word, Yes.
This is McDonald’s we are talking about. 9 times out of 10, their ice cream machines are down. If this happens, a creamsicle will not be in your near future. *Sad Face Emoji*
Sometimes they are out of Hi-C Orange Drink. If this happens, you can substitute Orange Fanta. It isn’t quite as sweet, but will do in a pinch.

YES!!
Perhaps my FAVORITE breakfast item is the Sweet and Savory Sausage McMuffin.
There is also a Loaded Sausage Burrito, a Loaded Breakfast Bowl, and their Cheese Sandwich. All of which are hella tasty.
