Well, this is annoying. Disney+ and Hulu have new U.S. subscription prices, and the standalone no-ads plans are now $21.49 a month each. But there is one useful little wrinkle: the Disney+ and Hulu bundle with ads is still $12.99 a month.

If you are already subscribed, your actual next charge depends on your plan, billing date, promotion, and whether you pay through a third party. Check the price in your account or notice before changing anything.

In other words, if you already pay for one standalone service at the regular monthly price, the corresponding two-service bundle is 50 cents more per month. That is the part I would check before paying for two separate subscriptions. The ad-supported bundle remains $12.99; the no-ads bundle is now $21.99. Did every plan go up?
No. The Disney+ and Hulu bundle with ads stayed at $12.99. The individual Disney+ and Hulu ad plans are $12.49 each, while both standalone no-ads plans are $21.49. The no-ads two-service bundle is $21.99. Disney lists its annual Disney+ Premium plan at $214.99, which is a separate option from monthly billing.
There are also limited six-month introductory prices displayed on Disney’s page: $11.99 per month for the bundle with ads and $19.99 per month for the no-ads bundle. Those offers have specific terms and then renew at the regular monthly prices of $12.99 and $21.99, respectively. Do not confuse the promotional figure with the permanent price.
What should you check before your next bill?
- Which plan you actually have. Standalone Hulu, standalone Disney+, the two-service bundle, and Live TV are different subscriptions.
- Who bills you. App store and other partner billing can vary from direct signup pricing.
- Your next billing date and any notice. That is the best way to see exactly when a change applies to your account.
- Whether you pay for both separately. Compare your real bill to the current bundle terms before switching, especially if you have an older promotion or add-ons.
