Gilmore Girls is still one of my favorite feel good shows. I like to curl up and watch it on rough days and it makes me feel good inside. So when I found out that the end wasn’t actually the end, I was SOOOOO happy.
Can you believe that Gilmore Girls started 20 years ago? I was 11 years old! I didn’t watch it when it first came out. In fact, I didn’t even start watching it myself until I was in my early twenties. And I have been hooked ever since!
So when Netflix rolled out with “A Year In The Life” I was THRILLED. I wanted to see Lorelai and Luke together. I wanted to see if Rory ended up with any of her three main men. And I was NOT disappointed. Ok…maybe a little.
*Spoiler Alert*
If you’ve seen “A Year In The Life, you know how it ended. Rory did a full circle and ended up in the same predicament as her mom…pregnant. Literally the LAST sentence. We just want to know who the father is, dang it!
According to Entertainment Weekly, on Monday, the CW network announced that it has finally acquired Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life for their network! Originally, this four part series was specifically made for Netflix in 2016 and was exclusive to just that.
A Year in the Life will make its CW network debut with a four night event, beginning Monday, November 23rd, at 8 p.m. ET and running through Thursday, November 26th, at 8 p.m. ET. It will also stream for free on the CW app and on cwtv.com for 30 days following its premiere!
Now that we’ve gotten all the important information taken care of, I have to know…were you Team Dean, Team Jess, or Team Logan? I feel like I am pretty alone in being Team Logan, but we can sit over coffee and I can convince you as to why he is the best choice for Rory.
