A Gilmore Girls fall rewatch now has a companion with pumpkin pancakes, Fried Marshmallow Pie and plans for a very cozy night in.
Gilmore Girls: The Official Autumn Festival Cookbook and Entertaining Guide brings together more than 40 dishes and drinks inspired by the show, plus crafts and themed gatherings. The $29.99 hardcover is a preorder, with Insight Editions currently saying it will ship after October 20, 2026.
The food goes from Luke’s pancakes to marshmallow pie
The publisher’s preview names pumpkin pancakes, Luke-inspired gumbo and Fried Marshmallow Pie. That is a fairly convincing argument for pausing between episodes long enough to find a mixing bowl.

Cassandra Reeder and Lindsay Gilbert wrote the 176-page book. Alongside the food, the guide includes beginner knitting projects and a cappuccino candle craft inspired by Tobin.
