Apparently, the kitchen utensils in Stars Hollow have opinions, too.
Hallmark has a Luke’s Diner spatula that plays five different phrases from Luke Danes. Press the button on the blue handle, and your burger-flipping gets a little Gilmore Girls commentary.

The metal head has the outline of a coffee cup, complete with a little handle on the side. “Luke’s” is cut right through the metal, with the Gilmore Girls name underneath.
Even the blue handle gets a line: “It’s not from Luke’s but it’ll do.” Fair enough. Dinner at home cannot always come with diner service.
Hallmark’s product photos also show the metal portion separated from the blue handle. That’s a useful detail to notice before assuming the sound button is permanently attached to the whole utensil.
What to know before buying it
This is a 14-inch utensil, with listed dimensions of 4.5 inches wide and 1.15 inches deep. It’s made of metal and plastic, and the sound uses three replaceable LR44 button batteries, which are included.
Hallmark says a button press plays one of five Luke phrases, but the product description doesn’t list the full set. The listing also leaves its care-instructions field blank, so check the instructions that come with it before cleaning the electronic handle.
At almost $40, this makes the most sense as a character gift for the person who would enjoy Luke chiming in while they cook. If their ideal evening involves ordering takeout instead, there’s also the Luke’s Diner mug candle.
