The Starbucks fall menu 2026 is live now. It launched August 25 at participating U.S. stores, bringing back the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the rest of the pumpkin crowd.

That should be the whole story. It is not. Starbucks also brought back pecan, turned banana bread into two drinks, introduced an Iced Chaider, added a tiny hedgehog to the pastry case and added another menu drop on September 29. This is less a fall menu than a seasonal takeover.
The pumpkin lineup is bigger than the PSL
The PSL is back hot and iced, because apparently choosing between a sweater and air conditioning was not enough seasonal confusion. The current Starbucks menu also lists these pumpkin drinks:
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: vanilla-flavored cold brew with pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso: Blonde espresso, brown sugar and cinnamon, oatmilk and pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai: chai topped with pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha: matcha with pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Pumpkin Spice Chai: a hot chai made with pumpkin sauce and pumpkin spice topping.
- Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino: the blended option for anyone refusing to let the weather choose the temperature of the pumpkin.
Pecan came back. Banana bread moved into the cup.
The returning pecan group includes the Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and hot Pecan Crunch Latte.
Then there are the new Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai. Both use banana syrup, brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping. Starbucks says the banana bread drinks are intended to stay beyond the fall season, although availability can still vary by store.
So banana bread gets to move in. Pumpkin still has a seasonal lease.
The Iced Chaider is the one that needs explaining
The new Iced Chaider combines chai with strawberry açaí flavors for a cider-inspired drink. It is an official menu item, not a secret-menu nickname, so you can look for it by name instead of handing a barista a paragraph of instructions.
Also, “cider-inspired” is doing important work there. This is chai plus strawberry açaí, not a traditional apple cider hiding in a Starbucks cup.
The fall food lineup has a hedgehog now
The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is back. The current menu also includes the new Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket and the Hedgehog Cake Pop, made with vanilla cake, buttercream, chocolaty icing and chocolate sprinkles. Starbucks lists the protein pocket at 20 grams of protein.
A tiny hedgehog has entered the pastry case. Obviously we needed one more decision before coffee.
The September 29 Starbucks fall drop is here
Starbucks added these four items on September 29:
- Aerocano: Blonde Espresso air-whipped into a light foam, described by Starbucks as a modern take on an Iced Americano.
- Apple Crumble Mini Pie: apple filling with buttery streusel.
- Pecan Mini Pie: toasted pecans with caramelized sweetness.
- Pumpkin Mini Pie: creamy pumpkin with warm fall spices.
The Aerocano and all three Mini Pies joined the menu on September 29. They now appear on Starbucks’ current featured menu; check your selected store for availability.

These are official Starbucks menu items, so order them by their menu names. Select your store in the Starbucks app or on Starbucks.com first because participation, prices and sellouts can vary by location.

The calendar can keep arguing about when fall starts. Starbucks has pumpkin in the cup, banana bread in the foam and a hedgehog in the pastry case. Fall won.
