Starbucks Fall 2026 is much bigger than one Pumpkin Spice Latte. The official lineup has returning pumpkin favorites, three new pumpkin drinks, pecan, banana-bread-inspired drinks, Chaider and fall food.
This is the living master guide for the season. The exact launch story keeps the full menu details, individual custom drinks keep their own recipes, and this page becomes the map that connects everything without pretending an old secret-menu order still works just because it once did.
The official fall menu is already live
Our Starbucks Fall Menu 2026 guide tracks the current official launch. The fall menu arrived August 25 at participating U.S. coffeehouses, with availability still varying by store.
The returning pumpkin group includes Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. The new pumpkin drinks are Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha and Pumpkin Spice Chai.
If you only want the pumpkin universe, our New Pumpkin Products 2026 roundup keeps Starbucks connected to the rest of the season’s pumpkin launches.
Pecan is back, and banana bread got two drinks
The 2026 pecan lineup includes Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and Pecan Crunch Latte. Starbucks also added Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai.
The banana drinks use banana syrup with brown sugar cream cold foam and cinnamon dolce topping. Starbucks has said those two are intended to stay beyond the fall season, although store inventory can still vary.
Chaider is the weird one worth knowing
Iced Chaider combines chai with strawberry açaí flavors for a cider-inspired drink. It is an official menu item, not one of our fan nicknames, which means you can look for the actual name instead of handing a barista a paragraph of instructions.
Our broader Fall Food & Drinks 2026 guide also tracks Starbucks alongside apple soda, caramel apple pastries, SONIC’s Hotumn drinks and other current fall food.
The food case has more than the pumpkin muffin
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is back, and the current fall menu also includes the Hedgehog Cake Pop and Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket.
The useful rule here is the same as the drink menu: check the selected store before making a special trip. Seasonal items can sell out, and a menu launch does not guarantee every café has every item all day.
What about the Totally The Bomb secret menu?
TTB has years of Starbucks recipes, which is useful only if we are willing to admit that ingredients change. Our Starbucks Secret Menu 2026 guide explains the current rule: Starbucks now has featured secret-menu customizations in its app, while fan recipes outside that selection still need to be ordered by their actual ingredients and amounts.
That means old fall favorites can feed this page only after the current ingredient path is checked. A recipe built around something Starbucks no longer carries stays historical or gets a clearly labeled current adaptation.
Hocus Pocus still gets its own drink rabbit hole
For the witchy side, our Hocus Pocus Finds 2026 guide routes readers into the current Hocus Pocus Latte recipe and other spooky-season drink ideas while keeping the official Starbucks menu separate from custom orders.
That distinction matters. Official drinks get their menu names. TTB custom drinks get their ingredient scripts. Nobody should have to ask a barista to recognize a fan nickname and hope for the best.
How this page stays useful
New official launches, ingredient changes and genuinely orderable TTB customizations can be added here as the season moves. Exact stories keep their own URLs and search intent, while this page stays the broad Starbucks fall map.
The goal is one useful Starbucks Fall 2026 destination, not twenty competing pages all trying to own the same seasonal search.
