The Starbucks fall menu launched August 25, 2026, and the Pumpkin Spice Latte is back at participating U.S. stores. You can stop counting down. The pumpkin has arrived.
And it brought company. Starbucks has added pumpkin drinks, brought back pecan, and put banana bread on the drinks menu. Choosing a coffee is starting to look an awful lot like choosing Thanksgiving dessert.
Which pumpkin drink sounds like your order?
If you already know you want a PSL, carry on. The current Starbucks menu lists both hot and iced versions. For everyone staring at the rest of the pumpkin section, Starbucks’ seasonal guide makes the useful difference clear: what goes underneath the pumpkin.
- Cold brew: Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew pairs vanilla-flavored cold brew with pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Shaken espresso: The new Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso uses Blonde espresso, brown sugar and cinnamon, oatmilk, and pumpkin cream cold foam.
- Tea: Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai returns, and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha joins the lineup. Starbucks also introduced a hot Pumpkin Spice Chai.
The Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino is back, too, if your fall drink needs to be blended. Nobody said pumpkin season required a hot cup.
There’s more than pumpkin this year
The official fall announcement brings back the Pecan Cortado and Pecan Crunch Latte, including the iced latte. Then there are the new Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai. Starbucks says the two banana bread drinks will stay beyond the fall season.
So the banana bread gets to settle in. The pumpkin is still making its seasonal entrance.
There’s also a new Iced Chaider, which combines chai with strawberry açaí flavors. Despite that cider-inspired name, check the actual drink description before assuming you’re ordering apple cider.
And yes, there’s a new cake pop
This year’s newcomer is the Hedgehog Cake Pop: vanilla cake and buttercream with chocolaty icing and chocolate sprinkles. A tiny hedgehog has entered the pastry case. As if choosing the drink wasn’t enough of a project.
