Official word on the street is, Kim Kardashian Has Filed For Divorce from Kanye West and holy crap!!
In case you haven’t been keeping up with the drama, people have been having rumors the two would be splitting up but nothing was ever officially announced.
There has even been rumors that Kanye cheated on Kim with a YouTube beauty guru and that was a bit wild.
But now – it is officially happening!
According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian has filed to divorce Kanye West after 7 years of marriage.
Their sources say it’s as amicable as a divorce can be and that Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s 4 kids.
Apparently, Kanye is fine with the joint custody arrangement, and both Kim and Ye are committed to co-parenting together.
Honestly, that is the best outcome because divorce is already hard, I am so glad they are doing this the best way they can.
There is also a prenup involved and according to TMZ, neither party is contesting it.
The divorce documents were filed by Laura Wasser and don’t list a date of separation … it’s listed as to be determined.
I mean, we all know this has been happening for some time so I don’t think a date is really necessary.
Well, looks like the whole Kim/Kayne thing is over. I am just glad they are doing things right for their kids sake!
