Target’s beauty aisle has another way to turn a quick errand into a much longer conversation with your shopping cart. Loving Tan is now part of Target Beauty Studio, with self-tanning mousse, a rinse-off body mask and gradual tanning lotion in the lineup.
The brand’s PR team confirmed the launch to Totally The Bomb and shared three options priced from $30 to $52. The useful part is knowing which formula you are looking at before the pink packaging makes the decision for you.

What Loving Tan products are at Target?
The three products highlighted in the brand’s announcement are:
- 2HR Express Self-Tanning Mousse, 4 ounces: $42.
- 10 Minute Express Self-Tanning Smoothing Body Mask, 5 ounces: $52.
- 8HR Deluxe Gradual Self-Tanning Lotion, 5 ounces: $30.

The ten-minute mask needs one important explanation
Ten minutes sounds wonderfully efficient. But rinse-off time is not the same thing as finished-color time.
According to Loving Tan, the body mask can be rinsed off after ten minutes, while the color continues developing for up to 24 hours. So this is not a claim that you can apply it, rinse it and see your final shade before the next episode starts.
The brand describes its 2HR Express mousse as a tinted, quick-drying formula, with color that can also continue developing for up to 24 hours. The gradual lotion is its buildable option. Follow the directions for the exact formula you choose rather than treating all three like the same product in different bottles.
