Meghan Markle Reportedly Signed A Deal with Disney After Announcing Split from Royal Family
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been busy. Following the announcement they are stepping back as senior members of the royal family, it has been reported that Meghan Markle has signed a deal with Disney.
According to the U.K. newspaper The Sunday Times, Meghan Markle has made a deal with Disney offering to do a voiceover in return for donations to Elephants Without Borders, which is an organization that helps to track and protect the animals from poaching.
Amazing, right?
I mean, this also could give us a little hint as to what she and Harry plan to do in the future as they lessen their roles in the royal family and work towards becoming “financially independent”.
It’s no surprise being that Meghan has already had a career in acting so she could be wanting to pursue that role more and be less of a Duchess (although, I still see nothing wrong with being that too).
While this news seems to be such a great move and one that many have supported, it has been said that many members of the Royal Family think this will HURT the images of the family.
Personally, I think it’s a great move. Traditions are great but who says new ones can’t be made?
I am excited to see what is to come from Meghan and Harry and fully support them trying to break away to make their own happiness. Kuddos to them.
