Somewhere in the Marvel universe, Yellow from M&M’s got cast as Doctor Doom. That’s a sentence we didn’t expect to write, but here we are.

M&M’s and Marvel are bringing collectible crossover candy packages to U.S. retail stores this October, with the familiar candy mascots dressed as superheroes and villains. There are seven main character designs, plus a Walmart-exclusive Doctor Doom appearance for Yellow.

Which M&M’s Marvel characters can you collect?

The official lineup includes Red as Deadpool, Yellow as Wolverine, Blue as Daredevil, Purple as Elektra, Green as She-Hulk, Brown as Yelena and Orange as Red Guardian. The Walmart-exclusive Doctor Doom package gives Yellow a second costume. Yes, apparently Yellow gets to play both sides of the superhero situation.

Where do you find the Walmart-exclusive Doctor Doom M&M’s?

The Doctor Doom package is a Walmart exclusive. Other Marvel M&M’s packaging is rolling out through retail stores across the United States in October. Local inventory will vary, and a national announcement isn’t proof a specific store has a specific bag in stock today.

Is there a Marvel M&M’s sweepstakes?

Yes. Packages have a QR code connected to a promotional experience beginning October 15, 2026. Mars names a Disney Cruise Line getaway among the prizes. Check the full official offer terms and eligibility before entering.

The comic book is a separate collectible

M&M’s and Marvel also announced a crossover comic book with just 10,000 physical copies. Mars says fans will have a chance to secure it at select events leading up to the film’s December 18 release. That is a separate collectible announcement, not a promise that scanning a candy bag will get you a comic.

Are these new candy flavors?

The collectible designs come on familiar M&M’s varieties rather than a completely new Marvel-inspired flavor. The excitement here is in the mashup packaging and the upcoming promotion.

I’m not saying I’d stop in the candy aisle just to look for Doctor Doom Yellow. But I’m also not saying I wouldn’t.
