People Are Still Talking About The Moment Will Smith Slapped Chris Rock Across The Face at The Oscars
It seems like it was just yesterday but in fact, it was a year ago that Will Smith slapped Chris Rock across the face at The Oscars.
If you missed it, it was quite an insane moment on TV that left literally everyone speechless…
I was watching The Oscars live and for a second, I thought something happened to my TV screen because at The Oscars, all of a sudden, the sound cut out.
Turns out, The Oscars had to mute the sound because Will Smith was freaking out at Chris Rock.
And just moments before that, Will Smith walked on stage to slap Chris Rock in the face!!
Chris Rock was in the middle of making a joke about Will Smith’s wife, Jada and Will Smith did not like that at all.
Chris Rock was presenting the Oscar for documentary feature and made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith being in “G.I. Jane” because of her shaved head.
That’s when Will Smith walked on the stage and then smacked Chris Rock in the face. It was a good slap too! It first looked like a punch because it happened so fast!
At first, it looked like it may have been a joke but then Will Smith returned to his seat and yelled at Rock, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f-ing mouth!”
That’s when TV’s all over the nation were muted.
But like, WTF you can’t just slap someone in the face on national TV.

And people are still talking about this slap nearly a year later…
Now, as for this year’s Oscars show, who knows what will happen BUT we do know, there is a crisis team that is preparing for anything to happen including another slap…
