Shout Out To Pink For Slashing Through Her Husband’s Tires

Pink gets me. Even in high school, friends were like, “Every time Pink comes out with a new song it reminds me of you.”

When Pink was asked why she slashed her husband’s tires, she had the best answer ever. “Holidays are stressful.”

Passionate Women Are More Fun

I know there are women out there who can control their temper.

Women who can keep themselves from doing things like taking a baseball bat to a computer, or pouring slime all over their husband because he’s being kind of an asshole.*

I am just not one of those women. I mean, sure I wish I was.

Sure, I wish I didn’t push people’s buttons just to get a rise out of them. Sure, I wish I could just walk away and not lose my temper. But it’s nice to know that I am in the company of one of the greatest rock stars of all time.

One of the things about being a little bit crazy is that it also means we are crazy passionate. You see, we love as hard as we hate. It’s just who we are.

You can ask anyone that loves like I do, or is loved by me. It’s a double edged sword, because I am intense!

Property is just property. Someone’s heart is so much more to me.

The thing about living your life with your feelings always out there for the whole world to see is, it makes you crazy vulnerable.

I don’t do things like “build walls” or “keep people out.” I abhor that crap. You always know where you stand with me. Love or hate– I have an opinion about you, and I won’t be shy about it.

Does this get me into trouble. Oh, yes. Yes it does. Again and again. But it also makes my life interesting and fun.

So, like, so what?

Oh yeah, that slime thing totally happened. I am sorry, honey. I love you. (But you were being kind of an asshole…)
