This is, without a doubt, the BEST proposal ever! It is creative, romantic, and best of all, it’s the most MAGICAL proposal I’ve seen.

Of course, I am a self-proclaimed DisNerd — which anyone who knows me can attest to. But, this is too cool!

Lee Loechler took his girlfriend, Sthuthi David, to a theater to see, what she thought was, her favorite Disney film, Sleeping Beauty.

She was a bit confused when, during the iconic “KISS” scene, Sleeping Beauty donned a darker complexion and dark hair — much like Sthuthi’s.

She was super confused when Prince Phillip pulled out an engagement ring, but thought it was pretty funny.

When the camera panned up to Prince Phillip, and it looked just like Lee, she started to catch on.

As Phillip and Sleeping Beauty watched on from the screen, Lee got down on his knee, and started to talk to Sthuthi.

Sthuthi didn’t realize that the theater was full of her family and friends. She was concerned that their movie had been hacked. Ha!

Once everyone cheered and said “hello,” Lee continued with his proposal.

OMG! The sweetness. I’m dying a little.

Sthuthi was still pretty flustered and confused — as I would be, too. LOL!

In case there was any question, she said, “YES.”

There was an alternate ending that kept playing after the end of the movie, just on the off chance Sthuthi said “no.” It was pretty hilarious, and included the Seven Dwarfs crying.

Lee quickly got to his feet, and affirmed she had, indeed, agreed.

There were even credits, that included Lee as the Prince and Sthuthi as the Princess, dancing. The whole thing was so clever, and I’m a bit jealous.

See the entire proposal video, below.

You can watch Sleeping Beauty, as well as a plethora of other great Disney movies, right on Disney+.
