If the Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte is one of the drinks that officially starts Christmas for you, yes, people are already looking for it again for 2026.
So let’s answer the question without turning last year’s menu into this year’s “confirmation.”
As of September 29, 2026, Starbucks has not officially announced that the Caramel Brulée Latte is returning for the 2026 holiday season.
But this one has a very solid recent track record.
The Caramel Brulée Latte was part of Starbucks’ main 2025 holiday launch
Starbucks brought the Caramel Brulée Latte back with its primary holiday menu on November 6, 2025.
That matters because it was not one of the drinks that showed up in a later December wave.
It launched right alongside the Peppermint Mocha, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai.
So last year, Caramel Brulée was very much a “holiday menu starts now” drink.
What is in the Starbucks Caramel Brulée Latte?
The basic formula is exactly as dessert-y as the name sounds.
Starbucks makes it with espresso, steamed milk and caramel brulée sauce, then finishes it with whipped cream and caramel brulée topping.
In 2025, it was available hot, iced or as a Frappuccino.
Starbucks also had Caramel Brulée Cream Cold Foam in the holiday lineup, which meant the flavor could escape the latte entirely and end up on other cold drinks too.
Was it also on the 2024 holiday menu?
Yes.
The Caramel Brulée Latte was also part of Starbucks’ 2024 holiday menu.
That gives us at least two very recent consecutive holiday seasons with the drink on the official U.S. menu.
Again, that is history, not a 2026 confirmation.
But if you are trying to separate “reasonable thing to watch for” from “someone on TikTok just manifested this,” Caramel Brulée belongs firmly in the reasonable category.
When would the Caramel Brulée Latte come back in 2026?
There is no official 2026 release date yet.
Last year’s main holiday menu launched November 6. In 2024, Starbucks’ holiday menu launched November 7.
Those dates tell us when Starbucks moved from fall into Christmas in recent years. They do not automatically become the 2026 date.
Right now, Starbucks is still publicly talking about fall additions, including the Aerocano and Mini Pies that arrived September 29.
So if you are seeing a specific 2026 Caramel Brulée date already being passed around as official, I would want to see Starbucks attached to it before putting it on the calendar.
So, is the Caramel Brulée Latte likely to return?
I am not going to quietly turn “it came back the last two years” into “yes.”
The factual answer is still: not confirmed yet.
What we can say is that Caramel Brulée has been a recent recurring holiday drink, and in 2025 it was important enough to be part of the main launch rather than a later seasonal add-on.
That makes it one of the holiday drinks I would watch hardest when Starbucks finally announces the 2026 menu.
