Starbucks named the Caramel Brulée Latte among the returning drinks in its October 5 holiday preview. It is part of the holiday launch alongside Peppermint Mocha, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai.
So if this is the drink that starts Christmas for you, you can stop trying to turn last year’s calendar into a release date.
When does the Caramel Brulée Latte return in 2026?
November 5 is the announced holiday-menu launch date. The Caramel Brulée Latte is specifically named in that first preview.
That confirmation applies to the latte. The preview does not separately confirm every previous Caramel Brulée drink format or cold-foam option.
What is in the Caramel Brulée Latte?
The familiar version is a very dessert-minded coffee: Starbucks’ 2025 Caramel Brulée Latte combined espresso, steamed milk and caramel brulée sauce, with whipped cream and caramel brulée topping.
Last year, it was offered hot, iced and as a Frappuccino blended beverage. Those are historical details; the October 5 preview confirms the latte’s return without spelling out the full 2026 format list.

Caramel Brulée was part of Starbucks’ main holiday launch on November 6, 2025, alongside Peppermint Mocha, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai.
It was also on the 2024 holiday menu, which launched November 7.
