Strawberry Mojito
Next weekend we’re having a big bar-b-que at my parent’s house and everyone is bringing something. My brother usually brings a jalapeño brisket, my other brother will probably bring some version of potato salad, and I’m bringing the ingredients to make this Strawberry Mojito recipe. What I love about this recipe is that it has a lot more strawberry juice in it than a traditional strawberry mojito. The extra juice gives it a beautiful pink color and adds sweetness without rimming the glasses in sugar. Basically, it frees up more time for me to spend with the people I love rather than making their drinks. Enjoy!

What You Need To Make Strawberry Mojito:
- 1 cup strawberry juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/2 bunch mint (leaves, not stems)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup ginger ale (for virgin) or white rum (for traditional)
- 2 cups club soda
- ice
- strawberry slices, lime slices, and mint to garnish

How To Make Strawberry Mojito:
In a large pitcher, combine lime, sugar, and mint.
Muddle (crush together) to release the oils from the mint.
Add in strawberry juice and mix until sugar is dissolved.
Mix in rum, and club soda until well blended.
Serve over ice with strawberry slices, lime slices, and mint to garnish. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Use fresh strawberries and fresh lime to prepare the juices. They can be juiced together in a juicer, or blended and then strained to give this drink a truly fresh taste.

Hi! This recipe looks incredible, and one I’m going to try to recreate for my 4th of July party this weekend. My question is where do you buy strawberry juice? Is it nectar, concentrate, powder, etc? Thank you for your help!
