Taco Bell caused a major disturbance when the popular fast food chain decided to remove their Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and their diced potatoes all together.
Taco Bell originally removed potatoes from their menu in order to create a more simplified menu.
As if 2020 wasn’t already chaotic, Taco Bell certainty made things worse by omitting a fan favorite food item off menus nationwide.
However, since the removal of Taco Bell’s perfectly soft, spiced and diced potatoes, the fast food chain has decided to bring back the beloved potatoes to cease the public outcry and to offer more options for vegetarians!
Lo’ and behold, the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and the Spicy Potato Soft Taco!
Welcoming back our dear old friends, Taco Bell is once again filling up our hearts and satisfying our stomachs by bringing back both potato sides.
“The return of our beloved potatoes is just the first step in showing our fans the strong continued commitment to vegetarian we are making this year,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer. “We have long been a leader in the vegetarian space, but this year, we have more meatless options in store that vegetarians, veggie-curious and even meat-eaters will love.”

Starting on March 11th, Taco Bell will be welcoming back potatoes to all menus nationwide!
