If you finished three seasons of The Way Home on Netflix and have been waiting to get back to the Landry family, the wait is over. Season 4 arrived on Netflix in the U.S. on October 1, 2026.

And this is the final season. You can settle in for the last stretch of family secrets and time travel without waiting for another weekly Hallmark episode.

Netflix’s October lineup lists the fourth season, and the show’s Netflix page now has all four seasons. This availability is for U.S. viewers; check your local Netflix listing if you’re watching elsewhere.

There are 10 episodes in the final season

Hallmark’s official Season 4 guide lists 10 episodes, beginning with “Show Me the Way to Go Home” and ending with “Ahead by a Century.”

Those episodes originally aired on Hallmark Channel from April 19 through June 21, 2026. The October date is their Netflix arrival, so you may see older premiere announcements when you search for the season.

Hallmark announced Season 4 as the fourth and final season. That’s useful to know before pressing play, especially if you prefer starting a show once its full run is available.

New to the show? Start with Season 1

The spoiler-free setup: Kat Landry, played by Chyler Leigh, moves back to her family’s Canadian farm with her daughter, Alice, played by Sadie Laflamme-Snow. Kat’s mother, Del, is played by Andie MacDowell, and there’s a long, complicated history between them.

Then Kat and Alice discover they can travel between the past and present. Elliot, played by Evan Williams, is Kat’s childhood friend and part of that story in both eras. That’s the basic premise in Hallmark’s description of the series.

The sensible starting point is Season 1, Episode 1. With a continuing family mystery and multiple timelines, jumping straight to the newest season would mean skipping the setup that gives those discoveries their meaning.

If you’re already caught up through Season 3, choose Season 4 from the season menu. There’s no need to read a finale recap to figure out where to pick up.

A small warning before you go looking for a refresher

Hallmark’s episode pages include plot summaries and links to full recaps. They’re useful once you’ve watched, but they are not a spoiler-free browsing zone. If you want the final season’s surprises intact, go straight to The Way Home on Netflix and let the pond explain itself.
