Warriors Broadway tickets went on general sale October 22, 2026. The $19.79 seats have a different date attached.
Lin-Manuel Miranda and Eisa Davis’ new musical has announced $19.79 lottery tickets for the first two rows beginning March 9, 2027, plus a separate $79 lottery that starts in January. Those announced prices describe lotteries, not the regular ticket sale.
Here is how the three options work, so a very appealing price does not send you to the wrong ticket page.
Regular tickets: the October 22 general sale
The production announced general sales for October 22 at 10 a.m. Eastern, following its October 20 fan presale. The official show website directs buyers to Broadway Direct.
Check the price and fees for the performance you select. Neither $79 nor $19.79 is an advertised starting price for ordinary seats; both belong to future lottery programs. A general-sale announcement also does not guarantee seats for a particular date.
The two lotteries start in 2027
The show’s ticket FAQ separates the offers this way:
- January 11, 2027: a $79 lottery initiative. The announced total includes a $68.25 ticket and a $10.75 handling fee.
- March 9, 2027: a $19.79 lottery for the first two rows.
Entry instructions and further details have not yet been announced. Do not assume the March lottery uses the same fee breakdown as the January offer, or that entering either one guarantees a ticket.
If your trip depends on a specific performance, a future lottery is a gamble to leave in the travel budget. If your dates are flexible and price is the deciding factor, those are the two dates to save.
What you are booking
Warriors begins previews March 9, 2027, at New York City’s Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, with opening night set for April 8. The musical is based on the film The Warriors and Sol Yurick’s book.

The show recommends ages 12 and up; children under 5 are not permitted, and everyone entering needs a ticket.
A few details worth checking before you pay
The show’s FAQ lists an eight-ticket limit per order. Check the seller’s current limits before paying, especially if you are booking more than one performance.
The theatre is at 205 West 46th Street. The show’s own FAQ says its box office opens February 15, 2027, so an in-person ticket errand needs to wait.
Use the official ticket page for updated lottery instructions. For now, keep the bargain-ticket dates separate from the general sale. The $19.79 plan needs a March reminder, not an October promo code.
