You’ll Soon Be Able to See The Comet ‘Atlas’. Here’s How.
April is bringing us all sorts of celestial events! The Super Pink Moon will be here in just a few days! But there is more to see in the sky this month! I have always been a stargazer and this month is going to be amazing!

A comet called ATLAS was discovered on December 28th of last year. Astronomers found it using the Asteroid Terrestrial-Impact Last Alert System AKA ATLAS.
They spotted it from Hawaii, right now it is not close enough to be seen without a telescope. But will get much brighter over the next few weeks.

We SHOULD be able to see it without a telescope near the end of April! I really do need a new telescope and some bigger lenses for my cameras. How exciting! I’m pretty stoked!
You can learn more about the comet ATLAS which is truly named Comet C/2019 Y4 by clicking here. This would be a great addition to your homeschool lessons!

Here is an actual video of the comet ATLAS as captured by a man with his personal telescope! This is so cool! I really hope that we have clear weather for this! What an amazing opportunity this is!
