2-Ingredient Crazy Muffins
These 2-Ingredient Crazy Muffins are the perfect sweet treat that can be baked up in a few minutes. Trust me, they are so easy and so good, you’ll never make muffins any other way again!
I love muffins. I don’t love everything that goes into making them. If I can find shortcuts to cooking, I will do it 100% of the time!
That is why I’m so happy about these 2-Ingredient Crazy Muffins! And, bonus, they are delicious!
They are kid approved too which is hard to come by in this house.
Literally 2 ingredients: Pumpkin Puree and Cake Mix. Yup, that is it!
You just drop your choice of cake mix into a bowl, and add the pumpkin puree. Then bake as directed on the cake mix box.
I mean, how easy is that?!?
One thing I like to do is make these 3-ingredient muffins by adding whatever tasty morsels I have on hand (I had butterscotch on hand today).
These smell so good you’ll have to TRY not to eat the batter as you mix these up!
You could get all fancy, and use muffin liners. Sometimes I use liners, and sometimes I just spray the pan with cooking spray. Both ways work great!
The hardest part of the entire process is waiting the 15-18 minutes for them to cook. I want to lick the oven door.
They turn out so tasty! My daughter even exclaimed with her mouth full, “I am in my happy place right now.”
