If you’re ordering Carvel’s Chocolate Chill because you want the brownie bites, pay attention to which cup you point at. Three of the five holiday treats have them. The Chocolate Mint Flying Saucer goes in a whole different direction: two crisp chocolate wafers with minty chocolate soft serve tucked between them.

Which Chocolate Chill gets you the most toppings?

The Chocolate Mint Sundae Dasher is the one with the whipped cream and the fudge drizzle. There are brownie bites and more fudge down in the chocolate mint ice cream, too. The Chocolate Mint Carvelanche also has brownie bites, but here they’re mixed straight into thick chocolate mint soft serve. Pick that one if what you really want is a spoonful of brownie and soft serve together.

The third brownie option is the Chocolate Mint Scooped Ice Cream. It has a fudge swirl and brownie pieces already in the scoop. And if you just want the flavor, the Chocolate Mint Soft Serve is the plain chocolate-and-mint swirl. Carvel announced the five treats for a limited time. Check your shop before making a special trip for the sandwich.

Carvel also has a $5 holiday gift card offer

Carvel says buying $25 in gift cards earns a separate $5 reward card from November 1, 2026, through January 3, 2027, in shops and online. That’s the window for earning the bonus. Check the dates on the reward card before planning to spend it.
