Chipotle is Bringing Queso To Their Menu
If you were thinking you needed more cheesy goodness in your life say no more! Chipotle heard you and they are bringing Queso to their menu!
In 2017, Chipotle customers begged the company to find a way to make delicious Queso using natural ingredients and Chipotle is finally ready to deliver on that once again.
I say once again because Chipotle had been down this road before. The first and even second launch of their Queso Blanco didn’t go as well so this time, they plan to launch it in select cities, listen to feedback and perfect the art of Queso.
For now, Queso Blanco will be launched in 52 restaurants in Dallas, Detroit, and San Diego for a limited time.
This period is called Chipotle’s “stage-gate process,” which “allows the company to test, learn, listen to customer feedback and iterate extensively before deciding on a national launch.”
Smart, right?
That way we all get what we want – delicious Queso and one that actually tastes amazing!
The Queso Blanco is once again made with real ingredients including Monterey Jack and white cheddar cheese along with serrano, poblano and chipotle peppers. YUM!
Let’s just hope this time it all works out so we can have some delicious, cheesy goodness to dip, dip our potato chip in!
