Chris Meloni Is Returning As Detective Elliot Stabler In A New Law & Order Spin-off Series
Where are my Law & Order: SVU fans because Detective Elliot Stabler is back!
Believe or not, my mom is the one who got me into this show, she’s watched every season from start to finish and if you have yet to watch the series, I highly recommend it.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the show, let me give you the rundown. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit was a drama based series on investigating crimes of sexual nature.
Christopher Meloni will be reprising his role as Detective Elliot Stabler and I couldn’t be more excited to see him return to the NYPD team.
The new spin-off series is titled Law & Order: Organized Crime and so far, we have yet to hear details on the premiere date. However, I expect the show to be nothing less than outstanding, since Detective Elliot Stabler is officially back to claim his role.
Although even without a release date, we do know that the show is expected to premiere sometime this fall and NBC will also air the show on Thursdays at 10 p.m. Eastern Time.
The show will pick up with the recognition of Stabler’s return after suffering a “devastating personal loss” while also leading a new task force, according to NBC.
What’s even better is that there WILL BE a reunion between Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler and that’s all we could really ask for as longtime Law and Order: SVU fans.
Who else is excited to watch the new spin-off series of Law & Order?
I think it’s awesome ? ?
