Yes, you can do a Disneyland Halloween snack crawl without buying a park ticket. The trick is staying outside the gates: Disney’s 2026 food guide has treats in the Downtown Disney District and the resort hotels, and Disney confirms that Downtown Disney dining does not require park admission. Start in Downtown Disney
Downtown Disney is outside Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. You do not need either a regular park ticket or an Oogie Boogie Bash ticket for these shops and cafés.
1. Mickey Ghost Cake Pop — Disney Wonderful World of Sweets
Honestly, look at his little face. Disney calls this a new ghost-shaped vanilla cake pop dipped in white chocolate and decorated with dark chocolate. Disney Wonderful World of Sweets is one of the listed candy-shop locations. The seasonal candy selection is listed August 18 through October 31, while supplies last.
2. Graveyard Dirt Pudding — GG’s Chicken Shop
Chocolate pudding, Oreo crumble, Mickey sprinkles, gummy worms, and a Milano cookie tombstone: the Halloween dessert that fully commits to the bit. GG’s Chicken Shop lists it August 21 through October 31.
3. Little Monster Brownie — Parkside Market Coffee
A rich brownie with vanilla frosting and a little monster face. It is new for 2026 at Parkside Market Coffee, August 21 through October 31.
4. Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Roll — Parkside Market Coffee
Also new at Parkside Market Coffee: a cinnamon roll with pumpkin-spice cream cheese frosting and cookie crunch. Same August 21 through October 31 window.
5. Jack Skellington Caramel Apple — Disney Wonderful World of Sweets
A Granny Smith apple dipped in caramel and white chocolate and decorated with dark chocolate. Disney specifically lists Disney Wonderful World of Sweets among its locations; it is one of the candy-shop offerings available through October 31 while supplies last.
6. Minnie Skeleton Caramel Apple — Disney Wonderful World of Sweets
Granny Smith apple, caramel, chocolate, marshmallow ears, black sanding sugar, white M&M’S candies, and a black-and-white bow. The same Downtown Disney candy shop is on Disney’s location list.
7. Mickey Spiderweb Cereal Treat — Disney Wonderful World of Sweets
A cookies-and-cream-flavored Mickey-shaped cereal treat dipped in dark chocolate with a white chocolate web. Disney lists it with the Halloween candy-shop selection, including Disney Wonderful World of Sweets.
Walk over to the resort hotels
The following are at Disneyland Resort hotels outside the theme parks. You do not need park admission for the hotel dining areas; check the hotel’s access, hours, and any dining reservations before you go.
8. Sally Pumpkin Spiced Cupcake — Grand Californian Great Hall Cart
The Nightmare Before Christmas pick: devil’s food chocolate chip cake filled with coffee fudge and topped with pumpkin-spice buttercream. Disney lists the Great Hall Cart at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa from August 21 through October 31.
9. Buttery Pumpkin Bread — Grand Californian Great Hall Cart
Pumpkin bread with sprinkles and pumpkin-spiced icing, at the same hotel cart during its August 21 through October 31 Halloween run.
What about the treats inside the parks?
Disney’s enormous 2026 Disneyland Halloween food guide has many more choices inside Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. Those require valid regular park admission and any required reservation. A separate Oogie Boogie Bash ticket is for that after-hours event; this list does not include its exclusive dessert party or party-only merchandise.
