Some Disney plans revolve around a ride. This one could very reasonably revolve around pastry-wrapped beef and a warm dessert.
Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is a British-themed restaurant in the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort. Think retro London style, a real sit-down meal and a menu that makes choosing “just one thing” slightly inconvenient.
Start with the dish you actually came for
Disney’s menu preview includes Beef Wellington with potato purée, an herb salad and red wine demi. Fish and chips come with tartar sauce and mushy peas, while the bangers and mash use Cumberland sausage.
If the Wellington is the reason you have been curious about a Ramsay restaurant, make that your first menu check. If you want familiar pub food, compare the fish and chips with the sausage-and-potatoes option before getting distracted by everything else.
There is also a prime rib trolley with tableside carving. That makes it worth asking about the current service when you book, rather than assuming every dish or presentation will be available whenever you arrive.
Leave a little space for the toffee situation
The Sticky Toffee Pudding is a warm date cake served with ice cream and toffee sauce. “I’ll just look at the dessert menu” feels like an optimistic opening position here.
The setting leans into 1960s London with British pop art and music. Disney describes booth seating, an outdoor terrace and a back patio, so seating preferences are another useful question—not something to assume from a pretty photo.
Check the current booking details before building your day around it
The official dining page lists lunch and dinner and links to reservations. It also cautions that menus, prices and hours can change.
Use that current listing for your visit date. Check the actual menu prices and parking details separately before deciding what the outing will cost; a beautiful plate does not come with a complete-trip budget attached.
For another restaurant menu to compare, Hook & Reel’s anniversary seafood boils take dinner in a much messier direction. Different plans, different napkin requirements.
