Buying a giant Halloween monster is the fun part. Figuring out where its legs are going to live in November is a separate project.
Home Depot has a Home Accents Holiday Decor Storage Bag for $49.98, and it is essentially rolling luggage for your spooky collection. The black bag has orange handles, built-in wheels and room intended for large Halloween animatronics and other decorations.
There is something very satisfying about the idea of putting the Halloween monsters in one bag instead of having a stray arm staring at you from a garage shelf until next fall.
Measure the pieces before you buy the bag
The idea is to pack away the pieces after taking your display down. This is not storage for a fully assembled giant.
The listed dimensions are 55 inches wide, 25 inches deep and 27 inches high. That is a substantial bag, but it is not a promise that every oversized decoration will fit.
Before ordering, take a look at how your particular figure comes apart. Measure its biggest rigid piece, check the base separately and compare those measurements with the bag. A decoration’s standing height does not tell you how much room its head, frame or base needs once it is taken down.
It is also worth measuring the place where you plan to keep the filled bag. Getting the monster into storage is only half the assignment if the bag then blocks the garage door.
This one stays indoors
Home Depot describes the bag as tear-resistant and rates it for indoor use only. Plan on an indoor storage spot rather than treating it as a cover you can leave out in the yard.
The wheels and handles are the practical draw here. The retailer includes the bag among the storage options in its 2026 Halloween collection announcement, alongside a Husky 170-gallon storage tote.
The bag was listed at $49.98 when checked, with an online delivery option available. Enter your ZIP code on the product page for current stock and delivery details.
