You Can Now Get Kraft Macaroni And Cheese Ice Cream, Because Why Not?
There are some foods that should be just left alone, never mixed, blended or experimented with.
Macaroni and Cheese, is one of them.
Kraft Mac & Cheese has decided they want to get in on the sweet details, and by sweet details, I mean with extra cream and milk.
The cheesy company and a dessert loved worldwide are coming together to create a cheesy cold treat and yes, we’re not joking.
Kraft and the Brooklyn-based Van Leeuwen Ice Cream company have come together to create cheesy ice cream in a pint.
A PR rep who confirmed to Best Products detailed the ice cream with only a few ingredients that you would normally find in the popular sweet treat including cream, milk, cane sugar, egg yolks, and oh yeah, then there’s Kraft cheese.
The cheesy and limited edition ice cream will be available starting tomorrow, July 14 at 11 a.m. ET which also happns to be National Macaroni & Cheese Day, go figure.
If you are courageous enough to try the sweet treat yourself, you can snag a pint online at Van Leeuwen’s website or in stores including New York City, Los Angeles, and Houston for 12 bucks; better yet, if you happen to be visiting the big apple, New York City goers can try the ice cream for free at an ice cream truck in Union Square from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on launch day!
If you’re wondering if the texture, (not to mention the flavor) of cheese should be ever mixed with smooth tasting ice cream, great minds think alike.
