Thanksgiving dinner has made it into the chip aisle. Lay’s is turning roasted turkey and cheesy scalloped potatoes into two limited-time potato chip flavors, with a third savory bag following in November.
According to Lay’s October 19 announcement, Roasted Holiday Turkey and Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes launch nationwide October 25, 2026.
When each flavor arrives
- October 25: Roasted Holiday Turkey.
- October 25: Cheddar Scalloped-Style Potatoes.
- November 8: Maple Bacon makes its U.S. debut.
Turkey dinner from a chip bag is a fairly ambitious assignment. We haven’t taste-tested these.
These are limited-time releases, and the announcement doesn’t specify a nationwide price or an exact end date. The launch dates also don’t guarantee that every local store will have every bag immediately.
