No-Churn Birthday Ice Cream
Dear Five-Year-Old Me:
I know there were a lot of things you wanted but never got. You wanted to ride Dash for your birthday, but I’m sorry to tell you Rainbow Bright isn’t real. You wanted to be an astronaut when you grew up. Sadly, little me, I’m afraid of heights and don’t even change light bulbs without a safety net. You wanted frosting and ice cream without the burden of cake and I’m so happy to tell you that with this No-Churn Birthday Ice Cream, I can now make that one a reality. Truth be told, mini me, at this point I’ve eaten frosting straight out of the container a lot of times. I’m adult; I can do that now. But, I know this was the dream and I’m happy to say you’re finally living the dream.
Love,
Much Older Me
