Paris Baguette is giving crème brûlée a croissant form, complete with vanilla pastry cream and a caramelized-sugar top. There’s also a peppermint hot chocolate waffle, so the holiday drink order can apparently be dessert, too.
The bakery’s 2026 holiday menu arrives nationwide November 4. It brings crème brûlée pastries and lattes, peppermint treats, and the Snowman King Cream Donut. Thanksgiving cakes have their own deadline: that collection is available through November 29.
Two very different takes on a crème brûlée croissant
The Crème Brûlée Supreme Croissant is the one with the caramelized-sugar finish. Inside is vanilla pastry cream. If the top of a crème brûlée is your favorite part, this is the pastry built around that idea.
The Cinnamon Churro Crème Brûlée Mini Croissant takes a different route: a lightly fried mini croissant with vanilla pastry cream inside and cinnamon sugar outside. Same cream-filled direction, but a churro-style coating instead of the Supreme’s sugar top.
There’s a matching Crème Brûlée Latte, too. Paris Baguette combines Lavazza espresso with caramelized-sugar and vanilla flavors, milk, and golden sugar. It comes hot or iced, with whipped cream on the iced version.
Peppermint hot chocolate, now in waffle form
The Peppermint Hot Chocolate Waffle starts with a Liège-style Belgian waffle, then adds chocolate, mini marshmallows, and candy canes. It’s the bakery-case version of the mug-with-too-many-toppings situation.
Peppermint also shows up on a Mochi Donut with peppermint icing and white chocolate drizzle, and in a chocolate-dipped Supreme Croissant filled with peppermint chocolate cream. Both get mini candy canes.
For an actual drink, the returning Peppermint Mocha comes hot or iced. The Peppermint Hot Chocolate uses Ghirardelli chocolate and is topped with sweet cream and mini candy canes. The Tiramisu Latte is another hot-or-iced option, with tiramisu flavor, sweet cream, and cocoa.
And the snowman is back: the Snowman King Cream Donut has vanilla bean cream inside and white chocolate icing outside.
The Thanksgiving cakes include two caramel apple options
If you’re volunteering to bring dessert, the two caramel apple cakes are worth telling apart before you order.
The Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle has four layers of vanilla sponge with pastry cream and cinnamon apples, plus streusel and caramel on top. The Caramel Apple Streusel Cheesecake puts cinnamon apples, streusel, and caramel over a New York-style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.
So the choice is sponge-and-cream layers or cheesecake, not just two names for the same apple dessert.
The other two options are Pumpkin Spice Layer Cake, made with vanilla sponge, pumpkin spice soft cream, and caramel sauce, and Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. The carrot cake includes pecans, pineapple, and golden raisins, and is also sold by the slice.
All four are in the Thanksgiving collection available through November 29. Paris Baguette’s announcement does not give nationwide prices; its café locator is the starting point for finding your local bakery.
Four November PB Rewards dates to know
The brand also announced these offers for PB Rewards members:
- November 11: A free medium hot or iced coffee with any purchase for Veterans Day. The announcement says no ID is required.
- November 13: A pastry for 13 cents with any purchase, limited to one per PB Rewards member.
- November 23: Buy one cake slice, get one free, limited to one offer per PB Rewards member.
- November 30: A free medium hot or iced coffee or a free pastry with any purchase for Cyber Monday.
One dessert won’t disappear with the holiday collection: the Tiramisu Cake and Slice are joining the permanent menu. They layer espresso-soaked sponge cake with mascarpone soft cream and finish with chocolate ganache and cocoa.
