We have loved watching the love story of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle unfold. Their story has been so uplifting and inspiring. So to have them sharing advice at a time like this…I’m all ears.
As severe as the Coronavirus has become in spreading, the Royal Family have started responding to this crisis.
Queen Elizabeth II has relocated to Windsor to be with Prince Phillip during this time.
“Many of us will need to find new ways of staying in touch with each other and making sure that loved ones are safe. I am certain we are up to that challenge,” the Queen said in her statement. “You can be assured that my family and I stand ready to play our part.”
On Friday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reached out on Instagram to encourage followers to open up about their feelings during this stressful time.
“With everything going on, it’s a lot to take in,” the post’s caption reads. “Many of us may feel confused. Or alone, or anxious or scared…and in isolation, some of us may just feel bored, or that you don’t know what to do with yourself without your normal routine. It’s perfectly normal to be feeling any of these things.”
The couple suggested how to cope with the isolation amid the Coronavirus pandemic and even encouraged those in need to reach out for help through a counselor or crisis hotline during this time.
With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle taking the time to reach out on social media and supporting those who are struggling with this isolation, it goes to show more of the kindness being extended during this time.
